Youth

At Encounter Youth we create a safe place for young people to grow in their knowledge of who they are, and who God is. Our aim is to establish a foundation for building Christian character, morals, values, behaviours and spiritual gifts in young people. We use creative and innovative methods to excite, inspire, capture and ignite young people for Jesus. We want to enable young people to understand who Jesus is, and what it is to live for Him only.  We seek to enable youth with the tools necessary to continue a lifelong journey within the body of Christ. 

Our vision is to respond to the social and spiritual needs of the youth within our church and community by providing relevant programmes, activities and events that will allow them to build a strong foundation of faith. Enabling them to express and share their faith through their own words, actions and deeds; and to encourage them to use their individual talents in programmes that interest them in order to nurture their growth as people of faith, while providing volunteer services to the community.
